Really good Mexican food. Adriana (our server) was very busy and still very pleasant. Ambiance is nice.
We always stop here when we can when passing thru Gallup NM because this place simply has great food. This time we actually dined in and had a good experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the Stuffed Sopaipilla, Taco and Tostada were all great.
Traveling from San Diego, CA and stopped here while on the way to Colorado. Pictures looked convincing on the internet, came to have brunch! I ordered the chicken fajitas... DELICIOUS! Service, AMAZING! And the time from when you order to receiving your food, outstanding. I love the family atmosphere, I would recommend to anyone!
The red chili sauce was smoky and flavorful. The ground beef inside the stuffed sopapilla could use more seasoning. Pleasant place but doesn't stand out from the many restaurants in this town serving a similar menu.
Don Diego's is our favorite place to eat. I would highly recommend it if you are wanting good Mexican food!
